the dried clothes lined outside sending out SOS call. And i heard big real big rain drops dropping on the roof. FERN & i dash out from the room, as i couldn't believe it "what? it's so sunny just now and suddenly rain right now???"

as i reach the back door, i look out on the floor, no rain drops. but there's rain drops sound from the roof. GUESS WHAT???? it's not earthquake effect from Indonesia that causes things to shake nor cats playing hide and seek on the rooftop.

first, strawberry baked cheesecake..... now, sushi........ then, what it'll gona be next?? hmmm.....

mum goin NZ tomoro, so she miss me making up food for her *hehe*perasan abit* but actually it's true, as above, first mum request for chessecake, so i make one for her, but before i could start baking, mum start requesting for sushi...ooooooooo... "mummy say wana eat my sushi before go NZ wor...."...."okla"... hey not doin it insincerely okie its just "oh! sushi?? again? oh, ok then, friday for it"

** STRAWBERRY BAKED CHEESECAKE **

wana try??? mmmmmmm.......

this is actually the 2nd time baking strawberry baked cheesecake... the 1st time was a disaster, it supposed 2 b served nicely Mother's day's cake but it end up to be jst for extra dessert day although the previous one turn out ugly but it still tasted as good as this one up ther ^^^

how it happened 2 b a disaster? wel >>> 11th May, i went Carrefour to grab some ingredients but there i can't find a heart shape baking tin, so gota go back to nearby house shop CARSON and buy one. Went back home and start processing, everything's goin on fine, after that it's time to water bath baking, i filled up the tray with water and place the heart shape tin filled with cake mixture in the water.

70 minutes passed, time to take the cake out and leave it cool, to my surprise and dissapointment, the cake seems wet and soggy...y???? how come?? my measurement is all right and exactly the same....to my horror, it's all because of >>> THE BAKING TIN!!!!! <<<>

howeva, i've learn my lesson tru tis disaster and it helped me to bake a better cake. SERIOUSLY IT REALLY TASTED GREAT!!! =)

1st day in class

hey, it's not sumkind of study stuff ok...this is learning stuff kinda class k..

yipee...it's my 1st day in dancing class las night, am so glad finaly i fot the chance to attend one. shake ur booty, swing that hands up in d air, stretch baby stretch..okok don get me wrong k..

wel, i'm learning sumkind of dance called the *drums rolling please* MODERN JAZZ *some applause hehe*

oh, 1 hours is ain't enough to get it hot, just started to get high but it's end of the class. gota wait 4 a week for my next class...
