31st March, one of the special day in my life.
30th March, Thursday….
Went to shop for some ingredients…cream cheese, tar tar cream, chocolate dust……n so on. After that I head on straight home & start preparing to bake cake. The cake of the day will be “Beer Cheesecake”. *hehe* did i just said Beer Cheesecake? Yup! sounds great right?
Ok 1st I gota prepare the biscuits based for the cake *gooosssh* the baking tin is kinda small & need to get a bigger one besides that I bought short of cream cheese for another recipe of cheesecake. So, ‘terpaksalah’ I go nearby shop to buy those left out stuffs.
Home again, after that, it’s time to mix the ingredients of the cake. Then, *OMG* the left over cheddar cheese mum used before turn to be fungus’s habitat. *hmmm* off again to the same shop I went earlier to get a new cheddar cheese.
Home again, hopefully that’s the last time to go out again. All set and done, it’s ready to be baked….
60mins later, *VIOLA@* my Beer Cheesecake is done, just add some final touches on top of it & set it cool by the side then refrigerate it.
When it’s time then for the cake to be the center of the table..it’s dady’s home-baked Birthday Beer Cheesecake!~!~!~!
With all the 'ma fhan' trips & out to get the right ingredients & the effort I put in to bake this cake, to my gladness and the cake's simply irresistible & delicious. Besides, luckly no on got drunk after eating the Beer Cheesecake <*hehe* mayb next time I shall replace beer to XO
