4 ways to make your MONDAYS easier......

1 ~ Pen down your to-do list on Friday afternoon.
According to psychologist Neil Fiore, PhD, this allows you to go in on Monday with a clear head.

2 ~ Enjoy your Sunday.
Don't let that heavy, dreadful feeling descend upon you on Sunday night. Have people over, catch a flick or read a good book. Plan fun stuff so you'll go into the office on Monday in a good mood, says life coach, Joy Robinson.

3 ~ Limit Monday AM chats.
Although there's much to share about your adventurous weekend, wait to catch up with your colleagues after getting work done. Procrastinating adds to stress.

4 ~ Pace yourself.
Tackle the easier tasks first. This way you'll feel that you've accomplish much and be encouraged to complete the more difficult tasks.
